Your Player Character becomes an Reanimated Undead amalgamation. You count as Undead vs Radiant damage but not for the effects of healing, spells and status effects.

You gain the Action surge ability, once per turn as a free action you can use Action surge to gain one additional action this turn. Each use debuffs you with an fatigue point. (Standard Fatigue rules apply)

You cannot long rest unless your core body temperature is lower then 10°C.
