Tidal Queen Image

A leader must lead by example, not by force. And thus, Otalia refuses to falter... not when she has so much to lead. Not when she has so much to protect. Prior having left her sword at the wayside to instead lead through her words, she has realized this mistake, and thus... she must pick up her sword once more.

Surge of Royalty

Prestige 2 (works everywhere)

Move swift as the seas and strong as a storm. Attack as the current and adapt as the tides.

Riptide of Retribution.

Recalling your time as a paladin, your physical inspiration no longer has to be manifested, and instead takes the shape of an aura around you. Your 'physical inspiration' feature is now a constant aura of 30ft around you, that cannot be moved. Instead of longball doubling its' speed, it doubles this aura, the size of positional play and metavision, and your speed. As it is no longer a temporary construct, this aura has twice your proficiency bonus and your con modifier in uses per round, or two times that whilst long ball is in effect. Uses of this aura can inspire any creature within, and are applied at will rather than during specific turns, lasting until the end of the affected creature's turn, or until the end of their next turn if applied on their turn. Your inspirations gain a minimum roll of 5, rolling again if it rolls below that. You and other creatures you designate in your aura are immune to the grappled, restrained, and incapacitated condition. You are immune to effects and damage from abilities that you could not pass with a roll of 20, would deal over your hitpoint maximum in one instance of damage, would instantly kill you, or that did not require a save, check, or roll to hit. You also cannot have your ability scores or hitpoint maximum reduced. (Becoming immune to damage because you have 10 max hp dumb.)

Whirlpool of Blades.

You have picked up your blade once more, to lead by example. You can replace multiple attacks or saving throws from a spell, rather than just one. You can use a reaction to attack a creature attempting to resist an effect of your spells on their turn, applying the weapon's damage and causing them to fail the save on a hit. In order to take up the same lead role in battle, your body has followed the commands of your mind, and has become absolute. Your form is as malleable as the waters it resides in. You can change your appearance, and size, up to huge or down to tiny, with no additional benefits.

Crowned in Coral

Prestige 4 (works in Native Realm and Realms where you have roots. Ex. Domain):

There are not more than five musical notes, yet the combinations of these five give rise to more melodies than can ever be heard. There are not more than five primary colors, yet in combination they produce more hues than can ever been seen. The sound of my voice, the showcase of your Queen in battle, shall give rise to more faith than can ever be expressed.

Kneel before the Crown.

After repeated encounters with Cthulhu, your body's resilience, and your spells methodology... adapts. Through the loss of connection to the world tree, your body finds a new way to push on. Your spells cannot be negated, countered, ignored, or suppressed in any way, aside from basic abilities like counterspell and dispel magic, which must be rolled as normal. All of your ability checks and saves you make, you may add an extra 1d20 to the roll. When you cast a spell with a verbal component using Playmaking, it can affect all creature types and sizes up to the size of the spell's area, and ignores any condition that require the target to understand a spell for it to take effect. If a creature is larger than the area of a spell cast through your Playmaking, then it is forced to a size where it could fit within the area, as it's form shrinks down in comparison to your authority. Effects, damage, and conditions inflicted by your attacks and spells using Whirlpool of Blades ignore immunity if they hit 15 or more above the target's AC. When activating 'See Pathways', you can now see not just where creatures and objects have been, but the exact path towards them. While looking at a path, you can identify the creature it belongs to, and can see it's current thoughts, as you read its' mental pathways. When looking at a creature, you can see its' current HP, max HP, immunities, resistances, AC, vulnerabilities, and saving throws.

 Weight of the Crown

You cannot bear to let others suffer, and so you carry their burden as if it were your own. But your foes... they can do the heavy lifting. 'See Pathways' now activates all of the effects, and all of the effects are shared with creatures you designate within your aura aside from Universal Hotline and Long Ball. Positional play now adds your charisma modifier to designated creatures' AC, and adds 1d20 to all of their saves and checks. The loss of AC from Positional Play is now your constitution modifier plus your charisma modifier, and subtracts 1d20 from saves and checks. If a creature's AC is above your charisma score plus constitution score, it is set to that instead. Architect of Reality now applies to all abilities, magical or not, and works on all kinds of area abilities, not just lines. Your Boon of the Legendary General is increased to fit a queen. It now recharges all uses of abilities recharged on a short rest, and one use of abilities recharged on a long rest.

Waves of Loved Beasts

Prestige 6 (works in specific parts of Native Realm):

“Let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt.”

Mother, Wife, Queen.

Despite your position as a queen, you find the safety of your loved ones to be the most important. Once per day when not in specific parts of her native realm, you can choose one person or creature that lives in your manor, and so long as they are willing, summon them to you as a free action, regardless of effects that would prevent summoning. A creature summoned this way is immune to conditions, and when giving inspiration to a creature, all uses are copied onto them as well. A creature summoned this way that wants to return home, can do so at will, and if they would be killed, is instead sent home, and restored to full health. After a minute passes, this also occurs. Otherwise, when in parts of her native realm, she can do so at will once per round on initiative 20, although she may only summon up to three total at any given time. You can also communicate with any who live in your house, and call them to you.

Sanctuary for All.

Your manor has been relocated to your moon, and so too has the reef around it. Your entire moon is now designated for the safety of those creatures. Creatures in 'Sysphilyn Semi-Submerged Ocean Manor', your home, are considered two sizes smaller for housing purposes. The home's companion and character limit is doubled. All creatures who live here are considered in Otalia's aura at all times. (For lower brackets, buff only applies to passive effects, such as immunities, and can be denied at DM discretion.) Once per week, you may choose one CR 10 or below non-homebrew creature. It now resides within your sanctuary, and you gain it as a pet. Once per month, instead of a CR 10 or below creature, you may instead choose a CR 25 or below non-homebrew creature. These creatures cannot be sold nor travel to other locations. The salmon don't get spaceships.

 Legendary Actions
You can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. You regain spent legendary actions at the start of your turn.
• Royal Blade. You may make an attack or cast a spell.
• Queen's Denial. End 1 effect, condition or ability affecting you or a creature within your aura.
• Queen's Command. (Costs 2 Actions) You can make up to two willing creatures within your aura move up to their movement speed and take the attack action, or cast a spell.
• Inspiring Queen (Costs 3 Actions). You can gain a number of uses of your physical inspiration aura equal to your charisma modifier. These uses can only be used on other creatures.

A Mother's Embrace

Prestige 8: (works in domain or with explicit DM approval):

"Treat your followers as you would your own beloved sons and daughters. And they will follow you, be it into the deepest trenches of the sea, or the highest peaks of the lands."

Royal Designation.

Of the creatures who you call children, that live in your manor, three of them are raised in position as your royal guards, and so you grant them power as such. Each of these three siphon off some of Otalia's newfound strength to help protect and aid her, gaining new strength. They each gain proficiency in all armor types, simple and martial weapons, evolve to more powerful creatures, gain the abilities of one class and subclass, that they are considered level 20 in, and gain access to your abilities, excluding your godboon above P2. Your love has even changed their biology slightly, as you have raised them as if they were your own, humanoids, rather than the beasts they originally were.

Hibiscyn, your first son and eldest, a rescued titanium dragon. Under your watch, his mastery of the blade and domination of the battlefield has surpassed even yours, with a body that rivals the toughest of draconic-born. His dedication to you frightening, and the titanium that forms his armor shifting to make him match the dread he instills in your foes. His body already near the pinnacle of its' evolution, he evolves to a Titanium Elderwyrm, from an ancient titanium dragon, and is considered a level 20 Dread Knight, and a Dragonborn.

Zagreus, your second and middle child, a fiend given a full life and purpose. Under the close study of your wife, he has reached a capacity for spellcasting that rivals your own, as a kitsune. He evolves into a Sul Khatesh from an Arcanaloth, and is considered a level 20 School of Chronurgy Wizard, and a Kitsune.

Kethyl, your third and youngest, a kraken unknowingly taken by another and unable to be returned, you instead took them in as your own. Now taught to channel his innate anger into prowess in battle, as his body has been honed through training in solitude amidst the waves and storms, allowing him to keep the peace below the surface, the coral and reef, his home. He evolves into to a Scion of Stronmaus, and is considered a level 20 Path of the Ancestral Guardian Barbarian and a Fallen.

While you are within 60ft of any of these three, you may use their immunities and resistances, and vice versa. While within 30ft, you and any of the three count as one creature for the purpose of things such as teleportation, areas of effect, and saving throws.

A Mother's Love.

Your domain is the epitome of the love you give to others. Creatures within your domain that you have not designated as friendly, are instead met with the thorns of the rose that is your love. Creatures that you designate as friendly in your domain are all boosted by your inspiration. Your inspiration lasts indefinitely so long as the creature remains in either your domain or aura, and the number of uses is doubled. In the gods' game of claiming their power ignores immunity, or has immunity against immunity that ignores immunity ignoring, so on and so forth, you let them play as fit. For creatures within your domain that you have not designated, they lose access to all abilities outside of their base ability scores, their true self laid bare, before your eyes, a mother's gaze. If a creature would be immune to this, it simply is not. Why? Because you said so, and a mother... is always right. Each time a creature or their player within your domain attempts to argue with this, they take 1 point of 'wrong' damage, for trying to break the #1 rule, that cannot be countered, no, they should get the point by now.
