Prerequisite: Requires a Wisdom score of 15 or higher
When you roll a natural 20 to hit with a ranged attack, choose a body-part to target. Pick either legs, eyes, head, arms, hands, or chest. If the target does not have one of these, that effect cannot be chosen.
Legs: Inflict Prone
Eyes: Inflict Blinded
Head: Inflict Stunned
Arms: Melee damage or Ranged attack rolls have disadvantage
Hands: Items held by either the left or right hand are dropped and move 5 feet left or right, respectively.
Chest: Inflict 1 level of exhaustion.
