The permanency spell allows other magical spells to become permanent. For a high cost in coin, the list below are a group of spells that have become permanent for a powerful wizard.  

Arcane Eye
Arcanist's Magic Aura: False Aura…non-magical
Comprehend Languages
Detect Magic
Alter Self
See Invisibility
Tongues
Longstrider
Enhance Ability* Dexterity 
Telepathic Bond
Unseen Servant 

These spells do not require concentration. If the Dispel Magic spell is cast on the wizard then one of these spells at random will be undone.
