You've gained the ability to perform a supernatural evasive flash step, skirting the edge of another plane to get out of the way of danger. Once per round, provided you are not restrained or prevented from planar travel, you can teleport up to your movement expending it when arriving.
You can use this ability as part of your movement, including to extend the length of a jump. You provoke no opportunity attacks for leaving the space you arrive in, provided it is the first action you take after teleporting.
As a reaction to being the target of an attack or forced to take a saving throw. If the teleportation moves you to where the triggering attack roll cannot target you or outside its area of effect the attack misses. When you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if you fail. The distance you teleport counts against your movement on your next turn.
