you embody the spirt like that of a Bear gaining the following benefits 

your hit point maximum is increased by 2x your level

you gain natural armor which is 8+con mod+ dex mod no you can not add this to your unarmored ac you either choose natural or unarmored 

you charge a target in front of you when you do make a melee attack if you succeed the target is knocked prone and takes 2d6 slashing
