You've seen the passage of centuries, and as a result have had much time to familiarize yourself with the reaches you can push your own body to.
- Increase your Constitution by 1, up to a maximum of 20.
- When you successfully grapple a creature, you can choose to constrict it with your trunk if it is no more than one size category larger than you. The creature is restrained while grappled in this way. You can only restrain one creature at a time in this way.
- You gain advantage on saving throws against being stunned or paralyzed.
