Prerequisite: Requires a Strength score of 13 or higher
Your exposure to the Feywild’s magic has changed you, granting you the following benefits:
- You learn the misty step spell and one 1st-level spell of your choice. The 1st-level spell must be from the divination or enchantment school of magic. You can cast each of these spells without expending a spell slot. Once you cast either of these spells in this way, you can’t cast that spell in this way again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast these spells using spell slots you have of the appropriate level. The spells’ spellcasting ability is Wisdom if you do not already have a spellcasting ability; otherwise the spell uses your existing spellcasting ability (if you have multiple spellcasting abilities, choose one at the time of taking this feat).
- Once per turn if you can move, you may spend up to 10 feet of your movement speed to move that distance instantaneously, as if by teleporting. The destination of the instantaneous movement must be an unoccupied space you can see within range. Your movement speed is expended normally as if you had walked, swam, flew, etc. that same distance, and this ability requires you to have at least that amount of movement left to spend on this turn. However, your speed for this distance is not reduced by any existing difficult terrain or similar effect, and you do not provoke opportunity attacks from any creature you pass during that portion of your movement unless you were within that creature's reach at the start of your turn, or if you attack that creature this turn.
[Part of a project to upgrade Half-feats (those granting lesser abilities/effects alongside a single point of ability score increase) to Fullfeats (foregoing any ability score increase to receive a more fully-balanced ability/effect).]
