your able to imbue your weapons with effects and spells effectiveness is based on roll of d100 like if you try to give your weapon an instant death ability you would have to get a 100 and the weapons range it reduced to 1 foot and there's only a 50% that it will be an intsta kill and if it doesn't succssed half the damage is placed on you
