Prerequisite: Fairy
Faerie folk differ in many ways depending on which aspects of their nature they lean into and legends speak of both tiny fairies and those equal in size to humans. Through whatever means, you have taken after one side or the other and you gain the following benefits:
- You can increase your Wisdom, Charisma, or Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Improved Flight. You can now use your flying speed while wearing medium armor.
- When taking this feat you may choose a size that reflects one of your faerie cousins. Either a Sprite or a Pathlighter, and depending on the cousin you choose you gain additional benefits:
- Sprite. Your size category is now Tiny. You gain disadvantage on strength saving throws and strength checks and cannot wear heavy armor. When you reach 3rd level with this trait you learn the invisibility spell, and can cast it without using a spell slot. Once this spell is cast in this way, it cannot be cast in this way again until you complete a long rest. When you hit with an attack the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute. DC=(The ability score modifier increased by this feat) + PB + 8. If its saving throw result is 5 or lower, the poisoned target falls unconscious for the same duration, or until it takes damage or another creature uses an action to shake it awake. This can be done a number of times equal to half your Proficiency Bonus rounded down per long rest.
