Through rigorous training you have mastered the use of clubs and quarterstaff. As a result you gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- When wielding a quarterstaff or a club in each hand your Armor Class increases by 1
- Quarterstaffs gain the Reach property, and Clubs gain the thrown property with a distance of 20/60 feet.
