Emperor’s Command

You give a commanding voice that is clear and easily understood. When you talk you may emphasize a single word that you designate a number of creatures to follow that command. Creatures must succeed on a Wisdom Saving throw against your spell save dc or follow the command. It’s next turn. See command spell for typical examples of such commands.

A creature may choose to willingly fail the save. If they do they follow the command and gain a temporary hit points equal to its level or CR plus 10 times the number of boons it has (only boons from twilight material purchases, epic, class, racial. DMs can interpret for their NPCs if anything equivalent)

Once a creature has been targeted (success or failure) from this feature it cannot be effected again for 1d4 rounds.
