Developing Urd Wings

You have sprouted a pair of weak wings, treat it as a blessing or a curse.

• Increase Dexterity by 1, to a max of 20
• While not wearing Heavy or Medium armor, you have a flight speed  of 20 feet. You can not end your turn in the air or you fall, taking damage depending on how high.
• You can't wear light armor unless they accommodate for your wings.
• You can as an action glide to safety. Falling 5 feet per ten feet of movement, Running out of Flight speed causes you to plummet.
