Ulo gains this feat when he has collected and attuned to the four Magic Items of the four Elemental Tzars. By Aligning the chakras and molecular frequencies (using all of their charges) of his quarters Ulo finds true balance and the energies within him amalgamate into one this marks his ascension. As Ulo ascends, the very fabric of reality will vibrate with his movements. His luminous aura, akin to a quasar, radiates through the atmosphere, marking the inception of the singularity reborn. His physical form will transform into a transient, shifting form constantly changing between the four states of matter. His eyes, twin orbs of light and darkness, hold creation and destruction, and within his third eye resides the eternal loop of the universe's fiery birth to its frigid demise. In this form Ulo unlocks the fifth element The Aether becoming the Tzar Prima. The Aether is akin to the Prima materia the one true cosmic substance from which all elements are derived. Gains 6 "aether charges" as well as 5 abilities the first ability being a passive meaning it requires no charges.
Spectravision: Your eyes shimmer with an otherworldly glow, capable of perceiving beyond the visible spectrum. As a bonus action, you can focus on one of the six other electromagnetic spectrums, revealing hidden details and secrets.
Ultraviolet: Your vision shifts to reveal the ethereal glow of magical residue and the faintest traces of recent activity. You can identify tracks or magical traces left within the last hour.
Infrared: Heat signatures burst into view, painting a thermal landscape. You can detect the presence and approximate size of living creatures within 60 feet, even through walls.
Microwave: Your vision penetrates the mundane, highlighting metallic objects and electronics. You can locate hidden traps, mechanical constructs, or concealed compartments within 30 feet.
Radio Wave: The air hums with unseen frequencies. You can perceive magical auras and intercept arcane communications within 60 feet, discerning the nature of spells and magical wards. Illusions flicker, revealing their true forms.
X-ray: Solid objects become transparent as you peer through them. You can see through up to 1 foot of material, except for lead or magically protected barriers, uncovering hidden rooms or secret stashes.
Gamma Ray: A faint, eerie glow surrounds sources of dangerous energy. You identify sources of radiation and creatures emitting malicious energy, gaining insight into their weaknesses and resistances/immunities.
The second ability has a cost of 1 charge
Planetary Presence: As you channel the raw elemental forces of the cosmos, you momentarily increase the density of matter around you, creating a powerful gravitational field that disrupts the very fabric of space. The air thickens and the ground trembles as you become the center of a small but intense gravitational anomaly. Every enemy creature within 20 feet of you must make a Strength saving throw (DC 18). On a failed save, a creature is knocked prone and its speed is reduced to 0 until the start of your next turn. On a successful save, the creature is only knocked prone. Instantly, the air becomes heavy and dense, and a palpable force pulls everything towards the ground around you. Enemy creatures buckle and collapse, unable to resist the sudden and overwhelming gravitational pull. This untamed aura demands that only the most worthy of advisories may stand before you
The third ability has a cost of 2 charges
Spatial Deflection: As you pull the threads of the mysterious fabric of space itself, you can twist and bend the trajectory of incoming attacks. When you or your allies are targeted within a 20-foot radius, as a reaction you can use your quick reflexes and keen spatial awareness to distort the path of the attack. By manipulating the very essence of space, you diminish the impact of the blow, reducing the damage taken by 5d8 plus your Dex modifier. If you manage to reduce the damage to at least half of its original potency, the attacker is met with the recoil of their own assault, as the distorted space retaliates against them, dealing the amount of damage lowered by this ability. It's a blend of defensive finesse and cosmic retribution, leaving your foes to reconsider their strategies in the face of your spatial mastery.
The fourth ability has a cost of 3 charges.
Quantum Surge: harness the ebb and flow of time and gravity, unlocking the frequency of temporal manipulation. With a swift gesture, you tap into the very essence of time dilation, causing ripples of gravity to cascade around you. The world seems to slow, granting you a fleeting but powerful advantage. As you activate this ability, the air shimmers around you, casting prismatic hues in all directions. A subtle distortion of reality emanates from your form, signaling your transcendence beyond the normal flow of time. For a brief moment, the world around you seems to stand still. Your senses sharpen, and your reflexes become lightning-quick. Abilities that once needed time to recover surge back to life, ready to be unleashed once more. This ability allows you to take an additional full turn in combat with all abilitys regained, either at the end of your turn or an allys. "The world bends to your will, time itself becomes your ally. The fifth and final ability has a cost of ALL the aether charges.
Singularity: you gain the ability to manipulate the very fabric of existence, pulling the threads that make up the tapestry that is the physical universe. Any enemies within a 100ft radius of you must roll a d10 and will receive the following.
1-2 Particle Horizon: as Ulo's third eye peers into the consciousness of his target, reality begins to warp and shimmer. A surge of brilliant particles burst forth, swirling in a chaotic dance before converging into a blinding singularity. With a deafening snap, the Particle Horizon is unleashed, ripping through the fabric of existence itself.The victim is enveloped in a tempest of searing psychic energy, each particle a harbinger of overwhelming anguish. Their mind recoils, unable to comprehend the sheer force of the attack. In that disorienting moment, they are trapped within the event horizon, their senses and consciousness suspended in a painful stasis.The residual aftermath leaves a haunting imprint, echoing through the victim's psyche, leaving them shaken and vulnerable in the wake of the devastating assault. (10d12 psychic dmg and stunned until the end of the turn).
3-5 Pulsar: the sky above darkens momentarily as streaks of radiant energy converge and begin to rotate rapidly upon your third eye. A blinding flash of iridescent light erupts, blasting forward in a beam of pure radiation, leaving trails of shimmering stardust in its wake. With a surge of electromagnetic energy, you summon the power of a neutron star, unleashing a devastating burst of gamma rays. The air shimmers with brilliant, blinding light as the radiation surges forth, seeking out your enemies to unbind their molecules. (con saving throw DC 18 10d12 radiant dmg half on success).
6-8 Wormhole: as you harness the molecular energies around you, a swirling vortex of cosmic hues materializes before your outstretched finger. Drawing a circle in the air, the portal tears through reality, creating a bridge between space and time. The air crackles with otherworldly energy as your target is forcibly snared into its depths, hurtling through the void. As the portal engulfs the target, their world dissolves into a maelstrom of colors and lights. They are momentarily suspended in a cosmic whirlwind before being violently ejected, crashing into the ground with a thunderous impact. The force of the shattering impact leaves them disoriented and prone, struggling to regain their footing amidst the residual energy. (teleport target up to 30 ft to an unoccupied space that you see also takes 8d12 force dmg and is knocked prone).
9-10 Absolute Zero: you breathe forth the frigid depths of the void, infusing the target with the chilling essence of empty space itself. When activated, you exhale a swirling vortex of ghoulish starlight surrounding the target, emanating an otherworldly cold. This cosmic chill penetrates the very souls of enemies, leaving them shivering and weakened. "As the void embraces, so too shall you feel the icy touch of infinity. Stars weep their frozen tears, and the cosmos cradles its favored child." (10d12 cold dmg and paralyzed until the end of the turn).
Ulo may only use this transformation only once a week in game.
