You have had basic training in advanced weapon techniques. Though not as diverse as a battlemaster fighter, you have learned how to better use your weapons in battle.

Every technique is different, and has their own limitations. Proficiency with the technique's applicable weapon is required in order to make use of the technique.

Some techniques replace an existing attack, if you have multiple attacks due to a feature (such as Extra attack) the technique may be used to replace one of the attacks, unless otherwise stated. Other techniques require a bonus action, or have their own special activation. 

A technique can only be activated as part of the weapon's attack action or bonus action on your turn, and cannot be made as part of casting a spell or other weapon technique.

The techniques utilize a number of charges as specified in the technique. Your training has provided you with a number of charges equal to your proficiency bonus.
