Prerequisite: the ability to cast spells
when casting a spell that deals damage, you gain the ability to let the magic become more powerfull, but unstable.
- on a ranged spell attack, you can chose to take a -5 penalty to the attack roll in order to gain +10 damage on the spell
- on a saving throw spell, you can chose to have any target make the saving throw at advantage in order to deal +5 damage on the spells effect.
