You channel your massive stature into overwhelming dominance. You gain the following benefits:
- You are considered Large for the purposes of grappling.
- Your melee attacks deal +1 bludgeoning damage against a creature you’re grappling. Unarmed strikes can use a d8 damage die against a creature you’re grappling.
- When grappling a creature that is Medium or larger, you are considered to be behind half-cover (except from the attacks of sed grappled creature)
- Creatures that are Tiny or smaller will instantly fail their grapple check, and cannot escape from the grapple using a skill check.
- You gain the Throw ability, as detailed below:
When grappling a creature that is Small or smaller, you can Throw it on your turn. Roll an Athletics check, and the creature you’re throwing is forced to move an amount of feet equal to the roll. Double the roll if the creature is willing or the creature is Tiny or smaller (triple if both). A medium creature can only be thrown if it has the Prone or Restrained condition while you are grappling it. Creatures who are thrown vertically or off a cliff will fall at the end of your turn.
This movement is in a straight line, and stops immediately if the thrown creature hits half-cover or another creature. In this case, each subject takes 1d4 bludgeoning damage times your proficiency bonus. The thrown creature immediately falls prone, as well as the other creature, unless it is two size categories above the thrown creature.
