Counterattacker

The user gains the ability to parry and counterattack with a reaction. Parrying allows for an opening for counterattack of an action. This can be activated once until the next turn and it can be activated without being on the user's turn. This reaction only uses your reaction and doesn't cost an action. Requires the user to see the attack coming, so parrying surprise attacks or blind spot attack is impossible. Alternatively, you can succeed the saving throw (18), resulting in no counterattack happening.
