The Second Magic or Kaleidoscope, is the Operation of Parallel Worlds
There are 4 fragments of this magic
1.The Multi-Dimensional Refraction the first fragment of the Second Magic, This is the ability to create openings into Parallel Worlds. One can then interact and take things from another dimensions with the 'other side' through this gap the accuracy of this ability and stability of this ability depends on the state of the user. (Insight roll is needed view and travel to world, depending on world type will determine the roll number needed.) (Anything taken from other dimensions that can be used follows what the DM decides the limits of what can be used) (The more powerful the object taken from another dimension the more time taken to master it as it is best used in in own dimension)
2. Dimensional Reflection is the second fragment of the Second Magic, This fragment allows the user to see into other timelines for 1 hour and choose the what the user desires (depending on choice made determines what is done Dodging, Reacting, Attacking, ETC, Can roll a d20 for any choice they want) ( When attacking user can roll 1d20 times 4 for extra damage on any attack however the more attacks made the lower the amount of times it can times by unless used with Infinite horizons)
3. Infinite Horizons is the Third fragment of the Second Magic, This fragment allows the user to pull infinite amounts of magical energy from parallel worlds, However while the magical energy is infinite the power of said magical energy is limited by strength of the user, ( Once activated user can use spells without using spell slots for 1 hour more time can be gaind through users power level) ( Once the hour is over the user must long rest until this can be used again
4. Kaleidoscopic Reality is the fourth fragment of the Second Magic, This fragment is the most important this is what allows and protects the user to use the Second Magic and not be overwhelmed by the visions of infinite worlds. (this fragment makes the user a unique being that has a few effects listed below)
Kaleidoscopic Confusion: Protects the users mind from metal intrusions and if their mind is attacked the attacker's perception becomes confused. For the next 1 minute, their actions and movements are randomized. At the start of each of the user's turns, they must roll a d20 to determine their action: 1-15 - The user takes no action, 15 -20 The user can move normally. (The more powerful the attacker is mentally the less this effect works)
Dimensional Displacement: The user's connection to reality weakens temporally. For the next 1 minute, the user gains resistance to all damage from non-magical sources. However, they become ethereal and are unable to interact with the material plane or anything on it.
Claircognizance: The user can gain information about a person, object, place, skillset, ability, or event through intrinsic knowledge, as it just "comes to" the user's mind. In addition, users could psychically perceive information from past and future events or locations beyond the mental or sensory range. Furthermore, they could acquire knowledge from disembodied spirits and other extradimensional entities, (Requires Full Concentration, Cannot be used more than once a day)
