You position yourself to counter an enemy attack by parrying their attack and immediately strike at the staggered enemy. Abandoning your own defenses in order to deliver a devastating attack on an oncoming enemy as well as negate their attack on you.

• You use your reaction to counter an enemy attack before it hits
  • Roll to Hit (d20) and if it succeeds you land an automatic critical hit
  • If the creature's attack would have landed a hit, the attack is negated even if it was a critical hit
• If your Hit die misses you are left open to attack
  • On a failed Hit your AC drops by -2
  • The creature attack deals an extra 1d6 damage of whatever type it attacked with
  • If the creature's attack was a critical hit, you cannot take an action on your next turn
