In order to use this feature you must have your eyes of death activated.
Before you make an attack with a weapon you are proficient in you can choose to take a minus 5 penalty to the attack roll. If the attack hits, the target will be marked by the eyes of death (the paralyzed condition for only the eyes users). The target can make a constitution saving throw (DC equal to the damage you dealt minimum of 10) at the end of its turn to stop being marked. If the target is healed whilst marked they will have advantage when rolling the saving throw. The effect will also stop after one minute has passed.
You gain proficiency in the Deception.
You have advantage on Charisma (Deception) Checks.
After you use this feature your eyes bleed and vision becomes blurry, giving you disadvantage on perception checks. You can no longer see color and your movement speed is reduced by 5 feet. For the rest of their duration.
Afterwards you take an hour in order to use this feature again
