A Resurrection protocol have been programmed in to the living metal you are made of allowing you to rapidly rebuild your body once you have been take out during combat

When you are rolling death saving throws you now crit on a 19 as well and a nat 1 is no longer considered a critical failure 

When you crit on a death saving throw instead of regaining one hp you regain hp equal to your constitution modifier multiplied by your lvl (minimum healing equals your lvl)
