Close Quarter Caster

You have practiced casting spells in close quarter combat, learning techniques that grant you the following benefits:

• You ignore the penalty to ranged spell attacks made when you are within 5 feet of a hostile creature.
• When you make a spell attack targeting a creature within 5 feet of you, you score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20.
• Opportunity attacks against you are made at disadvantage if you are concentrating on a spell.
