To be a better fit with 5e, changing it to Advantage on saving throws vs Fear affects, and adding your proficiency bonus to Initiative maybe?
Seems OP. Perhaps only Advantage + Prof bonus.

I think it's fine. Advantage is mathematically the same as a +5 anyways. It's not a half-feat so you're using your entire ASI for this and it's only beneficial against the frightened state which quite a few classes can just cancel out as a class feature without risking having to save.
