### Feat: Aquarius' Insight
**Prerequisite:** Must be an Aquarius or have the Aquarius trait.
**Benefit:** Your presence among the chosen ones is marked by a keen intellect and an innovative spirit. The mark of Aquarius signifies a person who is forward-thinking, independent, and deeply in tune with the flow of knowledge and ideas.
**Dormant:**
- **Aquatic Affinity:** You gain the ability to breathe underwater and a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.
- **Insightful Mind:** You gain proficiency in the Insight skill. If you are already proficient, you gain expertise, allowing you to add double your proficiency bonus to Insight checks.
**Awakened (Level 9):**
- **Innovative Thinker:** You can cast the spell *Identify* without expending a spell slot or material components. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest. Additionally, you can cast the *Detect Magic* spell at will, without expending a spell slot.
- **Aquarius' Protection:** As a reaction when you or a creature you can see within 30 feet of you is targeted by an attack, you can conjure a protective shield of water that grants a +2 bonus to AC against that attack. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
**Complete (Level 13):**
- **Ability Score Increase:** Increase an ability score of your choice by 1 (can go over 20).
- **Aquarian Adaptability:** You can transform into a water elemental as per the *Polymorph* spell for up to 1 hour, retaining your intelligence, wisdom, and charisma scores. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
