Prerequisite: Haki

At level 15, the fighter masters Armament Hardening, a technique that involves applying Haki to their body or weapons. This technique imbues their strikes with a powerful force, enabling their attacks to bypass resistance to nonmagical damage and deal additional force damage. When activated, Armament Hardening enhances the fighter's durability, granting them a bonus to their AC as a reaction, reflecting their ability to harden their body against incoming attacks. This dual application of offensive and defensive prowess makes the fighter nearly unstoppable in combat, turning their body into a living weapon and shield. Haki can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.

One Piece!

Yes, this feat was designed to complement the Rubberborn race and the Pirate King subclass, creating a fighter reminiscent of Monkey D. Luffy. While some interpretations incorporate Haki as a racial feature, this can unbalance classes and races. By separating Haki as a feat, this build maintains balance while offering exciting features within the Pirate King subclass. Combining the Rubberborn race and the Pirate King subclass can create an exceptional Luffy-inspired character. The Armament Hardening feat will be specific to subclasses that include the Haki trait, ensuring a balanced yet dynamic gameplay experience.
