Your experience and eagerness to defeat your enemies in combat increases your odds of making a critical strike. The number you need to roll a critical hit on an attack roll is reduced by 1. Additionally, when you reduce a creature to 0 HP on your turn, you gain an extra 10ft of movement until your turn ends. Finally, any ability score of your choosing other than Constitution increases by 1.
