You have moved beyond rough-and-tumble fighting and are now adept at using whatever weapons happen to be at hand even if that means another opponent, you gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Strength or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You are proficient with improvised weapons.
- Your unarmed strike uses a d4 for damage.
- When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike or an improvised weapon on your turn, you can use a bonus action to attempt to grapple the target.
Improved Grapple. When a creature is grappled by you, you can choose to make another grapple check. If you succeed, you can use an Attack action to perform one of the following actions:
- Submission Hold. The target takes (1d6 + Str modifier) bludgeoning damage and is now restrained. You can repeat this every turn until they break free. If they do not break free after 3 rounds You can use your action to try to render a creature grappled by you unconscious. To do so, make another grapple check. If you succeed, the creature must make a Constitution Saving throw with DC equal to 8+PB+your STR modifier. If they fail they fall unconscious. They remain unconscious for as long as you maintain the grapple + 1 round. If you maintain the grapple for 5+ minutes they must start making death saving throws.
- Throw. The target takes (1d6 + Str modifier) bludgeoning damage the target is thrown 10 feet and is now prone.
- Suplex The target takes (1d8 + Str modifier) bludgeoning damage and is now Stunned for one round and prone.
- Targeted Throw. Make an improvised weapon attack on a creature within 10 feet. On hit Both the target AND grappled creature take (1d6 + Str modifier) bludgeoning damage. If the attack misses the target, only the grappled creature takes damage. If you’re able to make multiple attacks with the Attack action, this attack can replace one of them.

- Clothesline. Make an unarmed strike. On a success the target takes (1d6 + Str modifier) bludgeoning damage and the target is knocked Prone
