Gambling is a game of Skill!

You excel in games of chance and can influence the outcomes with your skill and intuition. You gain the following benefits when participating in gambling activities such as cards, dice, or slot machines:

1. Card Shark:

   • When playing a card game (such as poker or blackjack), you have advantage on Intelligence (Investigation) checks and Wisdom (Insight) checks to read your opponents. Additionally, you can reroll one of your dice in a card game once per game. You must use the new roll.

2. Loaded Dice:

   • When playing a dice game (such as craps or liars' dice), you can roll an additional die and choose which result to use. You can use this ability once per short or long rest.

3. Slot Machine Whisperer:

   • When using a slot machine or similar device, you can use your action to reroll once if the outcome is not in your favor. You must use the new result. You can use this ability once per short or long rest.

4. Bluff Master:

   • You have proficiency in the Charisma (Deception) skill. If you already have proficiency, you gain expertise, allowing you to add double your proficiency bonus to checks you make with it.

5. High Roller:

   • When you make a high-stakes bet (monetary or otherwise), you can choose to double the stakes. If you win, you gain double the winnings. If you lose, you lose only half of your original bet. You can use this ability once per long rest.
