You learn how to get around the weight of your heavy weapons.

• If you are medium or larger, heavy melee weapons you wield lose the two-handed property and instead gain the one-handed property.
• If you are smaller than medium, you don't have disadvantage on attack rolls with heavy weapons. And you don't have to two-hand versatile weapons.
• Before making an attack with a heavy melee weapon you are proficient with, you can give yourself disadvantage on the attack roll. If you do, double the damage that attack would deal.
