Sometimes your luck just isn't cutting it, and you need to push yourself past what you are traditionally capable of doing.
- You have 2 blood points. Whenever you fail an attack roll, ability check, or a saving throw, you can spend one blood point to automatically hit a critical success, at the cost of your health points;
- CON save equal to DC 15 + remainder needed to crit or take 1/4 your level (rounded up) d10 + remainder needed to crit damage
- ie. rolled an 8, needs 12 to crit, at level 10, so CON save DC 27 or take 3d10 + 12 physical damage
- You regain your expended blood points when you finish a long rest.
