Your animalistic rage has manifested a magical power in you that allows you to assume a mighty beast shape in the form of your chosen Totem. Once, when you enter a rage, you can choose to take on a beast shape, per the Wild Shape feature of the druid class. You know only one wild shape as appropriate for your totem, such as a Bear, Giant Eagle, Dire Wolf, and the creature must be of Challenge Rating 2 or lower. When you do so, you retain all the benefits of your rage and your natural weapon attacks count as Strength-based weapon attacks for the purpose of your Barbarian features. When you use the Attack action in your totemic form, you can still benefit from Extra Attack, choosing which of your natural weapons you wish to employ for each attack, so long as you can satisfy that weapon's requirements. If the totemic form you adopt has a Multiattack action, you cannot use it and must use the Attack action as normal.
While you are in this form, your rage lasts for up to 10 minutes, but you do not need to satisfy the normal requirements of a rage (such as attacking or taking damage). When your rage ends, you revert to your normal form and suffer 1 level of exhaustion. If you are reduced to 0 hit points in this form, your rage ends. You regain the use of this ability when you complete a long rest.
