The magic of the Djinn combines with the psionics of the Sapphire Dragon and grants the following abilities:
Increase base speed by 10 feet.
Gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed and allows you to hover.
Gain a climbing speed equal to your walking speed, you can move vertically, horizontally, across ceilings, without using your hands.
You have +2 and advantage and expertise on all Dexterity based rolls, including saves.
