Prerequisite: Non-magical Strength score of 20 or higher
You have undergone extensive physical training to gain the following benefits:
- You no longer have the penalties when you are prone, additionally, standing up uses none of your movement, but if you use 10ft of your movement you can make a long jump a number of feet equal to half your Strength Score.
- Your walking, climbing, and swimming speed all have extra movement equal to your Strength Score, and climbing and swimming don't cost extra movement.
- When you make a running long jump or a running high jump after moving 10 feet, your jumps are tripled.
