- Damage: 4d6 lightning Damage
- Range: 5 by 30 ft Line
- Dex DC = 8 + Charisma Modifier + Proficiency Bonus
Creature takes full damage on a fail save, and half as much on a successful save
Roll a d6 next turn, with a 5-6 the breath weapon is regained
Dragon Eyes Of Terror: grants dark vision and anyone that looks into your eyes a struck with the fear condition
Tiny Wings of Chaos: 60ft Flying speed
Can use four times per long rest.
