Embraced Werebear Lycanthropy Feat Image

Note: This feat is meant to transfer some of the werebear stats from it's stat block for pc character usage, with a little extra homebrew as you lv up. It should not be considered a Feat but a character feature.

You take this "feat" as essentially a character feature automatically, after you have embrace your curse of lycanthropy and are now a werebear.

Shapechange:  You can use you an action to transform into a Large bear-humanoid hybrid, bearlike-wildshape hybrid (If wildshape is also used), or into a Large bear, or back into your true form, which is humanoid. Your statistics, other than your size, strength, and intelligence are the same in each form, when transformed your base strength increases to 19 unless it is higher and your intelligence is reduced by 2, to a minimum 8. Any equipment you are wearing or carrying isn't transformed but can be worn if able. you revert to you true form if you die, chose to, or you run out of time. This can be done as as many times equal to half your proficiency bonus rounded up until you finish a long rest. Reverting to humanoid form doesn’t cost anything and each transformation lasts for 2 hours. At lv 5 you can transform as a bonus action. (can be used in tandem with normal class features like wild shape, rage, smite, etc.)

Speed: +10 ft. , + climb 30 ft. in bear or hybrid form

Damage resistances: All damage from bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing from Nonmagical Attacks that aren't Silvered, when in humanoid form, damage is either reduced by 4d8 or halved, which ever is lower.

Damage Immunities: Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing from Nonmagical Attacks that aren't Silvered when in bear or hybrid form only.

Silvered afflicted damage: If hit by a silvered weapon, you take 1d4 extra damage when you are in your humanoid form and 1d6 extra damage when in a werebear form of the associated weapons damage type. Silvered weapon damage bypasses all resistances.

Max Hit Point Increase: At lv: 5 After shape changing into your werebear form, your maximum hp increases equal to 1d6. At lv: 9,  2d6. At lv: 12, 2d8. At lv: 16, 3d8. Lasts until you revert back into a humanoid.

Werebear Strength: At lv 7, when you deal damage with an melee weapon attack, when you are in a werebear form, you deal 1d4 extra damage of the associated damage type At lv 14, 2d4

Extra attack: At lv 10 if you don't already have an extra attack then you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.

Aggressive Nature: While you are in combat, are transformed into a werebear, and have taken damage durring the encounter then when you end your turn without attacking using a melee attack or roll 1d6, on a 1 you attack 1 creature that you are aware of, that is in range, at random once with your claws or another melee weapon, then your turn ends. If you are raging, if your intelligence is below 10, or there is a full moon then roll 1d4, you will attack at random on a 1, this attack does not use any form of actions.

Exhaustion: While transformed in a werebear form, if you are knocked unconscious by having your hp drop to zero, roll 1d2, on a 1 you gain 1 lv of exhaustion. (The maximum amount of exhaustion this feat can give you is 4 even after full moon.)

Full Moon: During a full moon, you are forcibly transformed into either a human-hybrid form or full bear form at random for the whole night. Depending on your surroundings, you unconsciously either go out of your way to selflessly help those around you that are not in your party, even if its to your own detriment, or go on a wild crazed killing streak trying to stop those who may maliciously do harm to others. During the full moon, if you are reduced to 0 hp you gain 1 lv of exhaustion and u stay in bear form unless killed. After the full moon, you gain 2 pts of exhaustion, and cannot shapechange till you take a long rest.

Hybrid-humanoid form: While in a hybrid-humanoid form, you can talk, use your hands, and you're a large creature. Since you are a large humanoid and have disposable thumbs, you can wield medium sized two-handed weapons, if you have proficiency in them, with one hand and also use large sized weapons with no down sides since you are large. Since you can talk and use your hands in your hybrid-humanoid form, you can cast spells and hold concentration.

Hybrid Wild Shape Form: After taking this form you become 1 size bigger to a max of large, while in a hybrid wild shape form you cannot cast spells but can concentrate on spells. You gain traits of a bear like; dark vision 60 ft, keen sense, and  passive perception 20, as well as other traits granted by this feat while transformed. You also grow bear like claws on your appendages that you can use to attack with. When your wild shape hp is reduced to 0, choose whether to be in full bear or hybrid-humanoid form unless one was chosen before you wild shaped. (If the wild shape is a bear then refer below to Bear Form, you do an extra 1d4 damage with melee attacks. You also can make 2 claw attacks instead of 1 claw and 1 bite attack)

Bear Form: While in a bear form you are a large creature, you can't talk, you cannot cast spells but can concentrate on them in this form. Your strength becomes 21, your AC increases by 1 and when your max hp increases when you transform add your half of your con modifier rounded up for each dice roll.  At lv 11, you also do 1d4 extra damage with melee attacks.

Werebear Actions:

Bite (bear or hybrid-H/WS form only) Melee Weapon Attack: +(str+prof) to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (2d10 + str) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC (8 + CON + Prof) Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werebear lycanthropy.

Claw (bear or hybrid-H/WS form only) Melee Weapon Attack: +(str+prof) to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (2d8 + str) slashing damage.
