You possess the grace and blistering speed of the blue chromatic dragons, granting you the following benefits.
- Increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- As a bonus action, you move up to 30 feet in a straight line in any direction as a bolt of lightning, ending your movement on a surface that can support you. You can move through creatures (but not objects thicker than 5 feet), and your movement does not provoke opportunity attacks. Creatures you move through in this way take 1d6 lightning damage. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and regain all expended uses upon finishing a long rest.
