You have been baptized in unholy blood in a vampire lair. Starting on 21 July, Balsix, Din, Raemis, Kagruk, Seyder, Enrik, Grim, and Din each permanently lose vitality and cannot be healed past 90% of max hp. Every Sunday afterwards, this amount lowers by 10%. If this would set your health to 0, you die (cannot be resurrected by any effect other than Wish, True Resurrection, or Reincarnation) and return as a vampire spawn after three days.
To restore your vitality to full, you must bring the head and body of the gnome necromancer Vorlen Cragshard as well as his purple shard, back to the vampire lair.
