If this is taken as a feat (rather than obtained): You can improve one ability score by one, up to a maximum of 20.
You gain the ability to channel elemental energy into your attacks. This can take the form of a trail of fire leaving your arrow, a wave of lightning exploding out from the tip of your dagger, or a gust of wind following your fist.
You can use this ability an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus. All uses are regained on a short rest.
You can only use this ability after you declare your attack but before you roll your attack roll dice.
When you gain this feat you must choose an element listed below. You can only use the ability under the chosen element. You can only change the element after you gain a level.
Choosing this feat another time allows you to pick an extra element. Now, whenever this ability is used, You must choose between the abilities. Using either one of them or both at the same time.
Fire: You deal an additional 2D6 fire damage and target is ignited taking damage equal to your proficiency bonus until someone using their action to douse the fire.
Water: You deal an additional 1d8 bludgeoning damage and the target is shoved 15 ft horizontally in a direction you choose (or 10 ft vertically).
Air: You deal an additional 1d6 force damage, your melee attacks gain a range of 10ft but their damage type is changed to force as well. Ranged attacks ignore disadvantage from being outside your normal range.
Earth: You deal an additional 1D10 bludgeoning damage and knock the target prone and anyone within 5ft of the target (besides you) prone if they aren’t a size bigger than you.
Lightning: You deal an additional 1D8 lightning damage and the target cannot take reactions until the end or their next turn. Then you can move up to half your movement after the attack without out triggering opportunity attacks.
If you score a critical hit while using this ability you regain one use of the ability.
This ability can only be triggered once per round and not for opportunity attacks.
