Increase your dexterity score by 1 to a maximum of 20.
When you draw an item from a magical container that you are attuned to (A deck, or bag) before the effect of the item drawn is activated and before you reveal the item you may choose to either have the item effect you as it would normally. Or you may give it to a creature within five feet of you. If the creature is unwilling you must pass a slight of hand check against the target's perception to slip it onto their person. The effect of the magic does not trigger until the chosen target looks at the item.
