Through some kind of magical means, be it a facet of your birth or otherwise, you gain ability to spin like a vortex.
As a bonus action on your turn, you can take the dash action. When you dash in this way, your body is transformed into a cloud of particles in a spiraling tornado for the duration before you are reassembled at your destination. You still cannot move through hostile creatures, however attacks of opportunity against you have disadvantage during this movement. Alternatively, you can dash in this way as a reaction after you make an attack against a hostile creature. You can move vertically during this movement, however you begin falling at the start of your next turn if you do not land on a solid surface. You can perform this special dash a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and regain all expended uses on a long rest.
If you are a 5th level character or higher, you can take one willing creature with you when you dash in this way using a bonus action. You must touch the creature when you take this bonus action, and they arrive in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of your destination. You can also dash an additional 10 feet during this movement.
At 10th level, you can move through a hostile creature's space during this dash, and this movement no longer triggers attacks of opportunity. Additionally, the extra movement increases from 10 feet up to 20 feet.
At 15th level, you can transport a number of willing creatures up to your proficiency bonus with you provided they are all within touch range. Each creature arrives in different unoccupied space within 5 feet of you. If no spaces are unoccupied, the creatures appear in the next closest unoccupied spaces you passed through during the dash.
At 20th level, the extra movement increases from 20 feet up to 30 feet during this dash.
