You earned the scorn of the Spider Queen and have been cursed to forever be a Tiny Spider through the Polymorph spell except you cannot attack. While in this form, you do not age and you serve always as her eyes and ears no matter where you travel.
If you would be reduced to 0 HP in this form, you return to your normal form but the curse remains. You cannot willingly reduce your own HP while in this form.
Any time you are under a shape changing effect (ie, Polymorph or Wildshape) you must take a form of arachnid. If you would be changed into anything other than a kind of spider, you instead change into a tiny spider. If you would be changed into a type of spider, roll a D20. On a 20, you take that form and you can use all actions that form has until the effect ends. Anything else, you instead take the tiny spider form and the curse keeps you in this form.
The curse can only be ended by a Wish spell, regaining favor with the Spider Queen, or ended by another deity.
