Aura of Quantum Entanglement

Quantum Entanglement: is the phenomenon of a group of particles being generated, interacting, or sharing spatial proximity in such a way that the quantum state of each particle of the group cannot be described independently of the state of the others, including when the particles are separated by a large distance.

You must first announce a type of damage for the aura to be resistant to before it is activated. Once its been announced you gain the following benefits: 

Your paladin Aura's extend to 30ft. Whenever you or a friendly creature within 30 feet of you takes damage, the creatures inside your aura gain a resistance to a damage type of your choice. As a reaction you can change the resistance type of your aura to a different type. It will keep this new resistance type as the aura's active resistance until a reaction is used again to change the type. Only one type of resistance may be given by the aura.

Anytime you or a friendly creature takes damage from an attack, ability, or spell within your aura you gain one charge to a quantum burst pool, to a maximum of your monk level. Whenever you attack, you can boost the attack's damage by expending one charge for a Quantum Burst, dealing half your proficiency bonus rounded up in d8s of force damage.

You may only use one Quantum Burst per attack. Spending a Quantum Burst must be declared before the attack roll is made. Furthermore, you can change the damage type of the whole attack to force when using a Quantum Burst on that attack.
