Fleshsmithed Arcane Conduit Augmentation Image

Through the intricate and often disturbing art of fleshsmithing, arcane runes and conduits have been invisibly etched and fused into the recipient's flesh. These eldritch symbols glow faintly with a magical aura, pulsating in rhythm with the recipient's heartbeat when they use magic. The augmentation manifests as a network of glowing, arcane tattoos that cover the recipient's body, forming a lattice of magical pathways. These runes are meticulously designed to enhance the flow of arcane energy, allowing the recipient to tap into deeper reservoirs of magical power. This augmentation, while augmenting the recipient's magical prowess, marks them unmistakably as a product of fleshsmithing, blending the arcane and the corporeal in a display of eerie, eldritch power.

Enhanced Arcane Capacity: The recipient can cast one additional spell per spell slot level they currently have each day. For example, if the recipient has three 3rd-level spell slots, they can cast an additional 3rd-level spell, granting a total of four 3rd-level spells per day.

Arcane Exhaustion The augmentation, while amplifying the recipient's magical capabilities, imposes a significant toll on their physical and mental endurance. Prolonged use of magic through the augmented pathways induces severe fatigue and magical exhaustion.

  • Mana Burn: If the recipient casts more than half of their extra spells within short rest period, they automatically gain one level of exhaustion, regardless of saving throws.
