Prerequisite: Must have witnessed a horrific event, such as the death of a God.
After witnessing a horror of incomprehensible proportions you are more vulnerable to the dangerous world around you. While this effect applies you subtract 1 from all intelligence, wisdom and charisma saving throws and you have disadvantage on rolls to resist the frightened condition as well as the charmed condition. Any intelligence, wisdom or charisma saving throw that is failed while under this effect will count towards a total. Should you reach a certain threshold before this condition ends, you run the risk of gaining an Insanity Point.
