Alchemical Saboteur Image

You have mastered the art of crafting alchemical bombs, which can be thrown or set as traps.

  • Bombs: You can create a variety specialized bombs: Fire, Flash, Glue, Explosive, Poison, Healing and a Trash Bomb. The Trash Bomb can manifest as any item or items of the Dungeon Master's discretion, used creatively in the current situation.
  • Damage: Each bomb type deals damage based on its effect and your Wisdom modifier.
  • Throw or Set: Bombs can be thrown at targets or set as traps to control the battlefield. When you deploy a bomb, creatures within its area of effect must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier) or be knocked prone.
  • Fast Bomb: As a bonus action, you can create a miniature bomb with reduced damage. The miniature bomb deals damage equal to half of the regular bomb damage + your Wisdom modifier and does not have any additional effects.
  • Wisdom Modifier: Use your Wisdom modifier for attack rolls and damage rolls with bombs instead of Dexterity.
  • Creation: During a short rest, you can create a number of bombs equal to half your character level plus your Wisdom modifier (minimum of one) of any chosen type(s). Each bomb type created during this rest must be chosen beforehand.
  • Concentrated or Splash: When you create a bomb, you can choose to make it either concentrated or splash: Concentrated: Target a single creature or object. The target takes maximum damage from the bomb's damage dice. Splash: Affects all creatures within a 5-foot radius of the point of impact. 
  • Proficiency: You gain proficiency with alchemist's tools, allowing you to craft and modify alchemical substances and potions with expertise.
