Dragon Aspect

You can use an action to channel the blood of your ancestors to magically polymorph into a fully realized draconic version of yourself (an ancient dragon matching your draconic ancestry), a member of your race without any draconic physical traits, or back into your original form. You revert to your dragon form if you die. Any equipment you are wearing or carrying is either absorbed or borne by the new form (your choice). Absorbed items appear in unoccupied spaces adjacent to your body when you die. Also, your dragon form is now your true form, for you are forever considered as, and are undistinguishable from, a natural-born dragon.

In your dragon form, you retain all of your statistics and features except for your Armor Class, creature type, speed, size, and Strength score, which are replaced by those of the new form. Both your hit point maximum and current hit points are doubled while in this form. In addition, you gain all resistances, immunities, senses, traits, and actions (including lair and legendary actions) granted by the new form. Furthermore, you can utilize all aspects of dragon magic, including regional effects, regardless of form.

You stay in the new form until you use this action again.
