You must be bitten by a Vampire to get this feat. Once you've been bitten, you gain the following benefits and detriments:
Vampiric boons:
Vampiric Bite: Your fanged bite is a natural weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. You add your Dexterity modifier, instead of your Strength modifier, to the attack and damage rolls when you attack with this bite. It deals 2d6 necrotic damage on a hit. Attacking with this weapon requires your action, regardless of the number of attacks you can normally make When you attack with this bite and hit a creature, you regain hit points equal to the necrotic damage dealt by the bite's damage dice + your Dexterity modifier. This healing does not benefit from additional sources of damage, such as spells and other class features. This bite doesn't have a effect on undead or constructs. You can do this bite a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, and regain all uses on a long rest.
Spider Climb: You have a climbing speed equal to your walking speed. In addition, you can move up, down, and across vertical surfaces and upside down along ceilings, while leaving your hands free.
Darkvision: You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray. If you already have Darkvision, the range increases by 60 feet.
Quick regen: On your turn, you may use your action to expend a number of hit die equal to your Constitution modifier without taking a short rest. Once you use this ability you cannot use it again before taking a long rest.
Vampiric Flaws:
Sunlight sensitivity: You have disadvantage on attack rolls and on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when you, the target of your attack, or whatever you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.
Harmed by running water: You take 1d8 acid damage if you end your turn in running water.
Stake to the heart: If a piercing weapon made of wood is driven into your heart while resting, you are paralyzed until the stake is removed.
Blood hunger: Every 7 days, you must feed on a living body. If you don't feed on a living body after the 7 days, everyday after that you gain a level of exhaustion until you perish.
