Weapon Specialization

You may choose one weapon with the finess property that you are proficient to receive both Dexterity and Strength modifier to Attack rolls or Damage modifier before rolling to hit.

If you choose not to do so you may instead use a reaction to engage a single attack against you making a to hit against your opponent's Armor Class or Attack roll with ranged effectively locking weapons or deflecting a projectile.
