Having a chance encounter with a Lycanthrope, namely one of the Wereboar variety, you were bitten as a result. This transferred the lycanthropic curse of the Wereboar. You gain the following benefits.
- Shapechanger: You can use your action to polymorph into a Large boar-humanoid hybrid or back into your true form. Your AC is +3 to your DEX. Any equipment you are wearing or carrying is transformed and absorbed into your body. Your movement speed in hybrid form is 40 ft, and you are able to traverse over difficult terrain.You revert to your true form if you die.
- Keen Smell: You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing. This includes in your non hybrid form.
- Boar-Humanoid Hybrid: While in your boar-humanoid hybrid form, your strength score is a 18. In addition, you grow wearboar tusks, which you can use to make a natural weapon attack.You also gain the charge and relentless feats.
- Wereboar Tusk Attack: +6 to hit target, if target is hit the take take 2d6+3 slashing damage.
- Charge: If you move 15ft or more and then make a tusk attack, you can add an additional 2d6 slashing damage on a hit. On a hit, the targeted creature must make a DC 14 strength save or be knocked prone.
- Relentless: When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, your lycan blood surges and restores you to 50 hit point instead. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a long rest.
- Level 8 : Lycan Resistance. You gain immunity to bludgeoning, piecing and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks that aren't silvered
